Hand-drawn and colored wallpaper sample or pre-production mock-up. Asian figures and ceramic vessels, most on stands, on a striped background. Figures repeat, as a wallpaper pattern would, but the color of figures varies and placement is not exactly repeated. Figures are painted in greens, grays, white, blue, orange and outlined in black ink. Cream-colored background stripes and blue dots are painted over a blue-gray ground. Paper is mounted on a second, machine-made, cream-colored paper.
