Opening Cape Cod Canal Bridges souvenir program (2 copies)

Description

Two copies of the souvenir program from the opening of the Cape Cod Canal bridges in 1935. The program includes many advertisements for businesses in the Cape Cod Canal region as well as a few pages of information about the bridges, including construction costs and photographs. The contents of the program are almost identical to the "official program," the only major difference being the cover of the program which states that it is a souvenir program (rather than the official program) and which on one copy is blue with dark blue lettering and drawings and on the other copy is white with dark blue lettering and drawings.
