Certificate for investing in "The Pilgrim's Fulfillment"

Description

A certificate which an investor could fill out and send to the author of the forthcoming book, "The Pilgrim's Fulfillment" by Robert A. Thompson about the history of the Cape Cod Canal beginning with the pilgrims in 1623. The form indicates that the investors must give a minimum of five dollars. The investment will be refunded after a period of six months, and up to twenty percent of the investment will not be returned until two thousand copies of the book have sold. Additional copies of this flyer were used as inserts in a promotional pamphlet about the book.
