Description

Three unused pieces of reproduction wallpaper in the "Provincetown Geometric" pattern by The Warner Company. Wallpaper has an all-over repeating pattern of Gothic-style quatrefoils within latched diamond-shaped medallions. Roller-printed. Pattern is based on a wallpaper found in a sea captain's home in Provincetown, MA. Three colorways are present: 2001.281.765.1 -- Blue and metallic gold on a cream ground; 2001.281.765.2 -- Salmon and metallic gold on a cream ground; and 2001.281.765.3 -- Cream and brown on a light green ground. Sample 2001.281.765.3 has been attached to piece of buff paper and has tape on the back.
