Unused sample of reproduction wallpaper in the "P.V.M.A. Rainbow, Deerfield" pattern (#321) by Waterhouse Wallhangings. Wallpaper has an irisé or rainbow design of repeating floral medallions separated by scrolling, flowered leaves. Printed in blended blue, yellow and white on an ungrounded paper. Pattern is based on an American block-printed paper dating from 1830-1840. Paper was reproduced for use in the Wells-Thorn House, Deerfield, MA.
