Handwritten on the verso is "Norwell Stripe," the name of a reproduction wallpaper produced by Waterhouse. 2001.281.976.2 has a blue background rendered with colored pencil. The Waterhouse Wallhangings, Inc. logo, including acorn symbol, repeats across the background rendered in black pencil. One of the logos has been copied over in white paint.
