Description

Fragment of stylized floral wallpaper from Eastham, Massachusetts. Wallpaper has all-over, dense pattern of stylized flowers. Roller-printed in white, ochre, and yellow on yellow ground. The fragment is affixed to paperboard. Affixed to the other side of the paperboard is another sample of the same pattern in a different colorway (see 2001.281.979.1). The pattern was reproduced by the Warner Company as "Eastham Daisy."
