Description

Cut sample of the reproduction wallpaper "New Hampshire Stencil" affixed to paperboard. Pattern designed by Binnie B. Wilson for the Waterhouse Collection produced by the Warner Company, Chicago. Pattern consists of wide stripe of stylized flowers on dense leafy branches and narrow stripes of overlapping organic figures. Roller-printed in brown and two greens on light cream ground. Original wallpaper found in a house in Brewster, Massachusetts.
