"Her grandfather was early clock maker in Newburyport - / French Beautiful expensive gold leaf papers - / Given me by Miss Anna Muzzey / 14 Glen Road / Lexington 73 - Mass--- / Her father in 1840's (?) heard that beautiful w. p. were ? arriving on a ship in Boston - from France - + he bought / the entire lot. He was a merchant in Boston - / The elaborate corner borders are from Miss Muzzey" (Last line written later in felt tip pen.)
