Rolled wallpaper border. Pattern of undulating gimp ribbon wrapped with beaded cord. The border is flocked with green felt except for the tan cord figure and the pink center of the gimp ribbon. The lower edge of the border has been cut along the pattern to create a scalloped edge. Block-printed in white, tan, brown, two pinks, and green flocking on polished white ground. The flocking is overprinted in light green and black. The fragment includes the end of the roll.
