Description

Rolled fragment of large-scale damask wallpaper from the Chellis Estate, Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Embossed pattern of large flower framed by scrolling leaves. The pattern has an embossed ribbed texture. Taupe colored ground. "496" is embossed in the selvedge. "G 496 C " and "Made in Germany" is stamped on the back of the paper.
