Description

Rolled fragment of unused floral medallion wallpaper titled "The Hyppolyte Design." Large-scale floral bouquet in an urn is framed by garland of acanthus leaves, flowers and grasses. Ribbons with bow knots drape from the trellis figures. The pattern is block-printed in four shades of green on a background roller-printed with a woven pattern in pale blue on green ground.
