Description

Fireboard paper framed with floral wallpaper borders and backed with fabric. Removed from board. Printed paper made specifically to cover a fireboard is block-printed with a domestic scene of a family outside a country home, men on horseback ride in the background. The scene is framed by tree branches above and farm and household implements below. Block-printed in two browns, white and peach on brown ground. The fireboard paper is framed by floral wallpaper borders block-printed in browns, tans and green on gray ground.
