Description

Partial roll of reproduction wallpaper in the "Calico Stripe" pattern (#23141) designed by Binnie B. Wilson for the Waterhouse Collection manufactured by The Warner Company, Chicago. Wallpaper pattern imitates a calico fabric with alternating stripes. One stripe has irregular borders and contains highly abstracted flower motifs on either side of a central zigzag line. The other stripe has a highly abstracted sprig motifs on either side of an undulating curved line. Also present in this stripe are small quatrefoil motifs. Roller-printed in blue, yellow, white and brown on a gray ground.
