Description

Partial roll of reproduction wallpaper in the "Tapestry Floral" pattern (#130426) by Waterhouse Wallhangings, Inc. Wallpaper has an all-over design of stylized flowers and foliage in imitation of a tapestry or other textile. Roller-printed in green on a white ground. Pattern is based on a wallpaper found in the Cotuit, MA house that belonged to sea captain Alvin C. Burlingame (1820-1854). Pattern was also reproduced by Katzenbach and Warren in the 1970s.
