Partial roll of reproduction wallpaper in the "Le Pecheur" pattern (#175304) by Waterhouse Wallhangings, Inc. Wallpaper has a series of alternating scenic vignettes. One vignettes shows a two-masted sailing ship framed in a oval formed by a series of stylized floral sprigs and leaves and a ribbon. The other vignette, framed by a foliage swag and garland, depicts a woman standing beside a tall urn and a seated man holding a fishing pole with a fish. Roller-printed in green, gold and black on a cream ground. Pattern is based on a French block-printed wallpaper dating from 1790-1810.
