Design drawing titled "Hall Cabinet of Oak" rendered in pencil and ink on trace. Perspective view is shown. Rectangular cabinet has overhanging top with molded edge; one large drawer with shaped skirt; one lower shelf; flat legs; and backboard that extends from lower shelf above the top to support back of a small recessed shelf. Front of shelf is supported by two turned posts. Front of flat legs and drawer front have decorative carved elements including a central oval cartouche and scrolling foliage. Title is handprinted in pencil. Also handwritten are: "Mr. Swindell 1903," dimensions, and the initials "G. K."
