Design drawing titled "Dressing Cabinet - (Mahogany)" rendered in pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown; sketch of interior of upper cabinet is also provided. Neoclassical dressing cabinet has a recessed upper cabinet with two doors above one tier of two drawers; hinged surface on top of drawers that folds out; and fluted tapered legs. Horizontal oval tilting mirror flanked by S-shaped scrolled brackets is on top of cabinet. Cabinet doors have a carved or painted central motif of a basket of fruit with garlands. Interior of cabinet has four small drawers and eighteen pins for hanging neck ties. Title and notes on details of cabinet are handprinted in pencil. Handwritten in red is: "Det. #11698."
