Design drawing titled "Sideboard of Dark Oak for Mrs. Potter" rendered in pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown. Classical Revival-style sideboard has overhanging top with carved edge; one tier of three drawers with bail handles; carved acanthus leaves on each side of drawers; and straight skirt. Case is supported at each end by a rectangular storage compartment with a door and is open in middle. Lower compartments have stiles with carved grape and foliage motifs; compartment doors with recessed panels and carved scroll ornament at center top of panel; and paneled sides. Lower compartments sit on solid base which extends full length of upper portion. Title is handwritten in pencil.
