Design drawing titled "Sideboard of Oak" rendered in pencil on trace. Front and top view are shown. Rectangular sideboard has splashboard with concave curved corners and arched center; overhanging top with carved molded edge; one tier of three drawers with round pulls; curved skirt; and one shelf below. Case is supported by four turned front legs terminating in bulb-and-ring feet and two rear legs. Center of splashboard has carved basket of fruit; skirt has carved scrolls and center foliage motif; front legs have carved acanthus leaves and quatrefoils. Title, dimensions and design notes are handprinted in pencil. Also handwritten is "Detailed & send to factory - Mar 22, '11 Hollan. - order" and "13661."
