Design drawing titled "Sideboard of Mahogany" rendered in pencil on trace. Front and top views are shown. Classical Revival-style rectangular sideboard has two tall cupboards separated by tier of two drawers. Cupboards have tops with molded edges; fluted pilasters; tapered cuffed round feet with carved rosettes at top; and adjustable interior shelves. High splashboard with curved edge is above center section. String inlay or carved outlining of splashboard, drawers, door panels. Title, dimensions, design notes and "for J. Malcolm Forbes" are handprinted in pencil. Also handwritten is "Also A. L. Hopkins Very Similar Nov. 28 - ? F.E.J."
