Album has a beige fabric covering and 86 dark gray pages, many of which are now loose. Four of the pages are blank. Album contains 88 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs are of a variety of chairs manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The styles of the chairs (predominately arm chairs) are described by the compiler of the album as including: Italian, Elizabethan, Jacobean, William and Mary, and Queen Anne. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs; model numbers are also provided in some cases. Customer names are handwritten on some album pages.
