Description

Pencil sketch on trace titled "Design 'B'" depicting the design of a crucifix with the body of Jesus Christ. Arms of crucifix are suspended by chains. Square plaques at each end of the crucifix have carved animals and banners naming St. Matthew, St, Mark, St. Luke and St. John. Title and detailed measurements are handwritten in pencil. Also handwritten in pencil at lower left corner is: "Irving & Casson - A. H. Davenport Co." Sketch was found loose in photo album of ecclesiastical figures (CC010.002.051).
