Photo album titled: "Side and Arm Chairs 49." Title is hand printed on a round paper label affixed to spine; volume number is also printed on a paper label affixed to spine. Album has a heavy textured dark brown covering and is held together with two metal brads. Album has 108 olive green pages; fourteen of the pages are blank. Album contains 94 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs depict a variety of side and arm chairs manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs; model numbers are also present in some cases. One customer name -- F. W. Woolworth (Glen Cove, NY) -- is handwritten on one page. Digital images of a selection of photographs from the album are attached to this record.
