Gray; deeds, primarily for property passing from one Pierce family member to another; and an account record from F.L. Pierce and Son, Brick and Stone Work. Within the legal papers is a document giving George Frederick Pierce (1858-1934) power of attorney over Frederick Leeds Pierce (1829-1910), as well as probate documents relating to the estate of Frederick Leeds Pierce (1829-1910). Also included in the series are some unidentified plot plans. The series is arranged alphabetically by topic, then by record type.
