Description

Photo album titled: "Office Furniture Sets 93." Title is hand printed on a round paper label affixed to spine; volume number is hand printed on a rectangular paper label also affixed to spine. Album has a heavy textured dark brown covering and is held together with two metal brads. Album has 104 olive green pages; 55 of the pages are blank. Album contains 49 mounted black-and-white photographs. Photographs are of a variety of office furniture forms manufactured by A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, and their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. Furniture forms include bookcases, sofa, arm chairs, side chairs, swivel chairs, cabinets, desks, writing tables and other tables. The order number and year are often shown on a display in the photographs; one model number is provided.Two customer names are provided: Central Savings Bank (New York, NY) and New York LIfe Insurance Co. (New York, NY). Digital images of a selection of photographs from the album are attached to this record.
