Photo album. Album has a heavy textured dark brown covering and is held together with two metal brads. Spine covering and album label are missing. Album has 58 olive green pages; 44 of the pages are blank. Albums contains photographs and photomechanical prints depicting furnished interiors of private residences, businesses and government buildings. It is uncertain if all buildings depicted contain the work of A. H. Davenport Co., Irving and Casson, or their successor, Irving and Casson - A. H. Davenport Co. Identified residences include those of William Slocum Barstow (Kings Point, LI); William Robertson Coe (Oyster Bay, NY); Jere A. Downs (Winchester, MA); Edwin S. George (Bloomfield Hills, MI); and Mrs. C. R. Holmes (New York, NY). Other named buildings include: Appleton Memorial Dining Room; First National Bank (Boston, MA); Hotel Brunswick (Boston, MA); John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Co.
