Description

Red-painted maple Queen Anne/Chippendale drop-front desk; slant drop-front hinged above with four graduated drawers on molded base; four cabriole legs and square feet; inside is fitted with a row of 10 pigeon holes with scalloped tops and 5 drawers; original red finish to the outside found below a layer of later red paint; original brass bail handles on bat-wing plates; pine backboard.
