Description

Oval wooden band box with lid. Bandbox (A) and lid (B) are covered with wallpaper featuring an allover floral and vine deisgn in pinks and greens on a beige ground. Bottom of box and interior of box and lid are lined with newspaper; the newsaper in lid is the Watchman and Reflector of Bsoton dated July 15, 1852.
