Description

Second layer of wallpaper removed from the second floor bedroom (Parlor Chamber) of the Shirley-Eustis House, Roxbury, Massachusetts. Paper appears to have been block-printed gray and white in a striped pattern. A delicate stripe with leaves alternates with a stripe of stylized flowers. Possibly handmade paper.
