Description

Album of design drawings produced by A. H. Davenport Co. titled: "Toilet Tables. Cheval Glasses." The title is printed on the spine in gold on a red leather label. The company name is printed in black on the front cover; the volume number "13" is also printed in black on the spine. Album has a beige fabric covering and 212 pages. There are 36 pages which have 127 drawings on trace affixed with glue. The remaining 176 pages are blank. Printed table of contacts is glued inside front cover and lists the following categories: French toilet tables, colonial toilet tables, miscellaneous toilet tables, French cheval glasses, colonial cheval glasses and miscellaneous cheval glasses. Drawings depict a variety of toilet or dressing tables and cheval glasses manufactured by the firm.
