Design drawing titled "Painted Mantel in Boudoir E. D. Godfrey" rendered in pencil on trace. Front view is shown. The drawing depicts a Classical Revival-style fireplace mantel which has a frieze with carved Neoclassical ornamentation including scrolling garlands and a central kylix; and two round half-columns with carved capitals on each side.. Title and dimensions are handwritten in pencil. Also handwritten are "19990 N.Y." and "4993."
