The drawing depicts a Classical Revival-style mantel which has a cornice with egg-and-dart molding; frieze with carved Neoclassical ornamentation including urns and scrolling garlands; and tapered fluted columns on each side. Title and dimensions are handwritten in pencil. Also handwritten are "19990 N.Y." and "3188."
