Rococo Revival-style sofa has upholstered back, wings and seat; partially upholstered arms; tall back with camel-back or serpentine curve at top; scrolled handholds and arm supports; curved skirt; three front legs with top scrolls and paw feet; three splayed square back legs; and three stretchers. GIlded and carved ornamentation on handholds, arm supports, skirt, and legs includes acanthus leaves, shells, and scrolls. Title and notation regarding gilding are handwritten on drawing.
