Description

Design drawing titled "XV Sofa" rendered in pencil. Perspective view is shown. Rococo Revival or Louis XV-style sofa has upholstered back with serpentine crest; open arms with curved arm supports; upholstered seat; serpentine curved skirt; and four cabriole legs terminating in C-scrolls atop peg feet. Carved ornamentation inludes scrolls and foliage on arms, arm supports, skirt and legs. Title and "3328" are handwritten on drawing.
