Design drawing titled "A Double Chippendale Chair" rendered in pencil on trace. Front view is shown. Chippendale-style settee has double-chair back form; crest rails with central acanthus-carved friezes and protruding ears; pierced splats with four vertical bannisters above an acanthus-carved base; serpentine arms; curved arm supports; over-upholstered seat; three cabriole front legs with carved animal faces on knees and paw feet; and tapered rear legs. Title, dimensions, and "25245" are handwritten on drawing. Also handwritten is "11962" and "Drawn from Old Detail 1st Nov 1907."
