Design drawing titled "Group of Dining Room Detail" rendered in watercolor and pencil. Front elevation is shown. Spanish-inspired dining room design has painted upper wall with tiles below; large rectangular wallhanging; mirror with gilded frame hung in front of wallhanging; long rectangular chest with painted top and four coffered front panels; and two tall scrolled wrought iron lamps. Title and design notes are written below drawing. Signed "Bill Carroll" at lower left.
