Description

Design drawing titled "China Cabinet of Mahogany" rendered in pencil and watercolor. Front view is shown. Background of a paneled wall is in pencil only. China cabinet has carved cornice; upper section with four shelves behind Chippendale-style glass doors with muntins forming lozenge shapes; lower section with two doors with large inlaid ovals; four short tapered round legs with brass feet. Title is handprinted beneath drawing. Embossed on lower left corner is: "Return to / A. H. Davenport Co. / 96 Washington St. / Boston, Mass."
