Description

Untitled design drawing rendered in pencil on trace and mounted to cardboard. Perspective view is shown. Drawing depicts Empire-style commode or low rectangular chest with canted corners; overhanging marble top; one shallow drawer; cabinet section below with recessed panel; molded bottom edge; and four fluted tapered round legs with carved acanthus leaves at top; peg feet; and extensive carved decoration throughout. Design notes and "36513" are handwritten on drawing.
