Untitled design drawing of a side chair with two views. Front view is rendered in watercolor and pencil; side view is in pencil only. Chinese Chippendale-style side chair with shaped crest rail has inlaid pagoda roof at center; rectangular open fretwork splat; upholstered slip seat; front and side seat rails with inlaid veneer diamonds; square raked back legs; tapered square front legs with top and medial cuffs, inlaid veneer rectangular motifs, and terminating in block feet; and pierced fretwork side and front stretchers. Embossed at lower right is: "Return to A. H. Davenport Co. / 150 Madison Ave. / New York."
