Design drawing titled "Arm Chair of Mahogany" with three views. Front view is rendered in watercolor and pencil; side and half plan on top are in pencil only. Queen Anne-style arm chair has fully uphostered back and seat with single row of metal tacks along edges; back with straight crest, rounded ears and concave curves at lower sides; horizontally scrolled arms; curved arm supports; cabriole front legs with carved knees and ring belond knee; raked back legs with carved rings; and pad feet. Title, design notes and "Design "A"" are handwritten on drawing. Embossed at lower left corner is "Return To / A. H. Davenport Co. / 150 Madison Ave. / New York."
