Description

Small rectangular needlework with chain stitch border surrounding a standing bird worked in chain stitch and cross stitch. Initials "M.A" worked in cross stitch are centered above the bird. Small blooms on vines sprout from each corner of the border. Plain weave linen ground. Silk thread. Evidence of a paper backing exists.
