"Cheval Glass"

Description

Design drawing titled "Cheval Glass" rendered in ink on trace. Perspective view is shown. Cheval glass has two columnar stiles with urn finials and brass caps; trestle-style base; stretcher with carved or brass palmettes; two rectangular trestles with two feet carved with scrolls and animal heads; and casters. Moveable full-length rectangular mirror has carved or brass ornaments including bellflowers and rosettes around frame. Title and one design note are handwritten on drawing; however, title is partially cut off.
