Neoclassical style writing table has rectangular top; two drawers with bail handles on each side of a wide shallow center drawer; four tapered square legs with cuffed feet; and inlaid or painted decoration including kylix, garland and swags on center drawer front; stringing on drawer front, side panels and legs; and bellflowers on legs. Title, design notes, "C. B. Alexander 48469" and "3344" are handwritten on drawing.
