Description

Untitled design drawing rendered in pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown. Neoclassical-style writing desk has rectangular form; recessed upper case with flat top and molded cornice; two recessed side cupboards wtith inlaid borders and central oval cartouches with a female profile in each; three shallow drawers wiith round pulls at top between cupboards and above a void; top of lower case with molded rim; lower case with two drawers with bail handles on each side of wide shallow center drawer; inlaid cartouche on center drawer front; four tapered round legs with inlaid stringing and bellflowers; and cuffed feet. "Geo. Draper" is handwritten on drawing.
