Rectangular low bench has upholstered cushion; open sides with turned rail supported by flaring stiles at each end; straight apron; four tapered square legs with cuffed feet; and painted decoration including bellflowers on legs and faux stringing. Title, design notes, "Made for Mrs. E. D. Godfrey 45437" and "186" are handwritten on drawing.
