Rectangular stool has low rolled sides with carved scrolls at the ends; upholstered cushion and sides with single row of metal tacks along bottom edge; straight apron; tapered square legs and spade feet. Apron and legs have either inlaid stringing or molded edges. Design notes, "Mrs C. D. Owen" and "Det Nov 15 - 1902 K" are handwritten on drawing.
