Design drawing titled "3 Fold Screen of Teak" rendered in pencil on trace. Front view is shown. Folding screen has three panels, only one of which is fully drawn. Each rectangular section has border with molded rim and elaborately carved foliate motifs; large Rococo-style foliage and shell carving at top; and lower section with carved shell and foliage framed by scrolling elements. Base of each panel has bracket feet. Title, design notes and "for F. R. Sears Esq. / Dec. 2, 1912 / 14296" are handwritten on drawing.
