Design drawing titled "Chest of Drawers of Oak" rendered in pencil on trace. Front and side views are shown. Jacobean Revival-style high chest of drawers has upper case with flat top; molded cornice; recessed side panels; and four drawers in a two-over-two arrangement. Lower case has molded top lip; recessed side panels; one drawer; straight skirt; open shelf below; five legs with vasiform, cylinder and ring turnings; and bun feet. All drawers have raised moldings in geometric patterns and drop pulls; split spindles and bosses are on all stiles. Title, design notes and "7975" are handwritten on drawing.
