Description

Design drawing titled "Chest of Tray Drawers" rendered in pencil on trace. Perspective view is shown. Rectangular chest of drawers has overhanging top; one drawer with two bail handles; cabinet below with two hinged doors and tray drawers within; square stiles; tapered square feet and casters; and recessed rectangular compartment on top with two shallow drawers. Rectangular mirror with arched top is attached at base to top compartment. Inlaid or carved oval patera on cabinet door front. Title, design notes, "G. Sykes 37805 / E. K. Dunham 38229" and "Det 7117" are handwritten on drawing.
